The APOGEE255N aging cellar reproduces the conservation conditions of a natural cellar: Temperature controlled by an electronic thermometer; Filtration and aeration system (active carbon filter); Humidity controlled between 50 and 80%; Protection against light and anti-vibration system ensure the proper aging of your bottles.
