How the lowest price guarantee works
- If during November 27, 28, or 29, 2026, the same product appears at a lower price on Vinoteca.es or any other Spanish online store, we will refund you the difference.
- Alternatively, if during those dates the product includes a promotional gift, you may request to receive that same gift instead of the financial refund.
- The refund or dispatch of the gift will be processed after verification of the information provided by the customer.
How to request the refund of the difference or the gift
- You must send your request before December 15, 2026.
- Send an email to info@vinoteca.es indicating your order number and the link or screenshot of the price or promotion valid during November 27–29, 2026.
- Our team will review the information and confirm the resolution within a maximum of 7 working days.
General conditions
- The promotion is only valid for selected products included in the “Black Friday” category.
- It cannot be combined with other ongoing discounts, coupons, or promotions.
- The price difference will be calculated on the total amount of the product, excluding shipping costs or additional services.
- The reference online store must be registered in Spain and offer the product under the same conditions (new, including VAT, and with immediate availability).
