Delivery time

We want you to receive your order as soon as possible. Shipments usually arrive within 24 to 48 hours (working days) after purchase, as long as payment is confirmed before 1:30 p.m. On each product page, we indicate the exact delivery time for that model, so there are no surprises.

During checkout, right before completing your purchase, you can leave us delivery instructions and let us know how and when you’d like to receive your order. It’s up to you!

Delivery address

Once we receive your order, we carefully prepare it and ship it to the address you’ve provided.

If delivery is to an upper floor without an elevator or with a small elevator that can’t fit the item, or there are stairs, we kindly ask for your help organizing it. You can either handle the lifting yourself or let us know in advance so we can arrange for an extra helper. The cost of this service will be calculated based on the situation, and we’ll inform you beforehand so you can be at ease.

Removal of old wine coolers

If you’d like us to remove your old wine cooler of equal or smaller size, we’ll do it free of charge—just make sure to mention it in the delivery instructions.

Shipping costs – Balearic Islands

  • Small wine coolers (orders up to 20 kg): €15
  • Medium wine coolers (orders 20–60 kg): €35
  • Large wine coolers (orders over 60 kg): €60

From vinoteca.es we only deliver within Spain.

At the moment, we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla — we hope to do so soon!

Procedure

To ensure your order arrives quickly and in perfect condition, we work with top carriers: Correos Express, DHL, Ontime, XPO, Ramoneda, and Seur. Your order is in good hands!

We recommend that you check your order within 24 hours of receiving it to ensure everything is in perfect condition, without any transport damage or scratches. If something isn’t right, please let us know as soon as possible. You’ll receive detailed instructions by email once your order is placed.

Returns

How many days do I have to notify you?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to let us know if you want to return your order. Take your time—but don’t wait too long, okay?

What do I need to do?

If you decide to return something, you can contact us however you prefer—by email, phone, or whichever way suits you best. We want to make it as easy as possible for you.

Here are the steps to follow for a smooth process:

  1. The easiest way is to send an email to info@vinoteca.es telling us you’d like to return an item. Please include your order number and specify which product it is so we can handle it quickly.
  2. Our Customer Service team will reply with instructions for the return process and collection.
  3. We’ll arrange the collection of the product from the delivery address. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless we made a mistake with the shipment or the product is defective (always following our “Terms of Sale”).
  4. Once we receive the product, we’ll check that everything is in order. If so, we’ll refund your payment to your card or account within a maximum of 14 days. We’ll refund the amount paid, minus the return shipping cost, so everything is transparent.

How should I prepare the return?

Please pack the product carefully to prevent any damage during return shipping. We only accept returns if the product is in perfect condition—unused beyond simple testing—and with its labels, original packaging, and accessories intact. If it’s not returned in its original box or is damaged, we may need to deduct part of the refund for depreciation, but we’re sure you’ll have everything under control.
