How can I pay for my order?
We want paying to be easy and convenient for you. At checkout, we show you several options so you can choose the one you prefer. Here’s a detailed explanation of each:
1. Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
You can use your Visa or Mastercard without any hassle. Just enter your card number, expiration date, and CVV code at checkout. Everything is encrypted and secure, so your data is safe with us. The payment is processed instantly, and if something goes wrong (like the card not being authorized), let us know so we can find a solution together.
2. American Express (Amex)
If you have an Amex, it’s also welcome here. Enter your card number, expiration date, and CVV, and you’re done. It’s fast, secure, and easy. We make sure everything runs smoothly so you don’t have to worry about a thing.
3. PayPal
With PayPal, just select this option and we’ll redirect you to their secure page. Log in with your email and password, choose whether to pay with your balance, a linked card, or your bank account, and confirm. It’s super convenient and a global leader in online payments, so you can shop with peace of mind. You can also choose to pay in 3 installments if you wish.
4. Google Pay
If you use Google Pay (on mobile or compatible devices), select it, choose a saved card from your Google account, authenticate with your fingerprint, PIN, or pattern, and confirm. You’ll need to have it set up beforehand, but it’s extremely fast and secure.
5. Apple Pay
For Apple users, choose Apple Pay at checkout (if you’re using a compatible device). Select a card from your Wallet, confirm with Face ID or Touch ID, and you’re done. It’s simple, quick, and your data always stays under your control.
6. Shop Pay
Shop Pay is perfect if you value speed. Select this option, enter your phone number to receive a code, type it in, and if you’ve used it before, your details will auto-fill. Confirm and you’re done. It’s like a shortcut to make checkout faster.
7. Bank transfer
If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, we’ll send you the details by email once your order is confirmed: La Caixa account (IBAN: ES58 2100 5620 1902 0012 7459, account holder: Delicommerce S.L.). Make the transfer including your order number in the reference, and as soon as we receive it, we’ll start processing your order. If you transfer from La Caixa, there’s no need to send a receipt; otherwise, please email it to info@vinoteca.es. You have 15 days to make the payment, otherwise the order will be cancelled — just let us know if you need help!
8. Installment payments with SeQura
With SeQura, you can pay in installments (3, 6, or 12 months) for orders between €50 and €2000. Choose this option, select your plan, enter your personal and banking details, and SeQura will approve the financing. We’ll ship your order, and you’ll pay it off gradually. No interest — just a small fixed fee per installment, clearly shown upfront.
