What steps do I have to follow to place an order?

Select the product you wish to purchase to view its details. On the product page, choose the quantity and click " Add to Cart ."

When you're ready, click the cart icon (top right) or "View Cart" to review your selected products. If you'd like to add more, continue browsing and adding to your cart.

To finish, click " Checkout " from your cart. The Shopify checkout process includes:

  • Contact Information: Enter your email or phone number to receive order updates.
  • Shipping Address: Fill in your address. If you've purchased before and are logged in, it may be charged automatically.
  • Shipping Method: Choose a shipping option; charges will be calculated based on your address and products.
  • Payment: Choose your payment method (Cards, Amex, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Bank Transfer, SeQura, or Bizum), enter the necessary details, and, if available, use a discount code.
  • Review and Confirmation: Review your order, address, shipping, and payment method. Click "Pay Now" or similar to complete your purchase.

You will receive an email with confirmation and order details once it has been processed.

How can I pay?

We accept these payment methods. We'll explain how to use each one:

  • Cards (Visa, Mastercard): Choose this option, enter the card number, expiration date, and CVV code. Confirm the payment after reviewing the details.
  • American Express (Amex): Select Amex, enter the card number, date and CVV, and confirm.
  • Paypal: Choose Paypal, log in with your email and password, choose to pay with your Paypal balance, linked card, or bank account, and confirm.
  • Google Pay: Select Google Pay (on supported devices), choose a card saved to your Google account, authenticate (fingerprint, PIN, or pattern), and confirm. You must have Google Pay set up.
  • Apple Pay: Choose Apple Pay (on Apple devices), select a card from your Wallet, authenticate with Face ID or Touch ID, and confirm. You need a card in Wallet.
  • Shop Pay: Choose Shop Pay, enter your phone number to receive a verification code. Enter the code, and if you've already used Shop Pay, your details will be automatically filled in. Confirm payment.
  • Bank Transfer: Select this option and you will receive your bank details by email after confirming your order. Make the transfer, including the order number. The order will be processed once payment is verified.
  • Deferred payment with SeQura: Choose SeQura, select the payment plan (e.g., 3, 6, or 12 months), and enter your personal and banking information. SeQura will approve the loan and the order will be shipped; pay the installments according to the plan.
  • Bizum: Select Bizum, enter the phone number linked to your Bizum account (registered with your bank). Confirm the payment in your bank's app with your Bizum PIN. Only in Spain with pArcticipating banks.

After choosing your method, complete the payment. You'll receive an email with details or additional instructions (e.g., for a bank transfer).

Why might my card be declined?

Check that the information (number, date, CVV) is correct. This could be due to an exceeded credit limit, an expired card, or a security rejection (e.g., an additional code required). Contact your bank if the error persists.
