Special terms of the purchase process
The general terms of sale described below (hereinafter, the “General Terms”) exclusively govern the contractual relationships between every user of the website www.vinoteca.es (hereinafter, the “User” or “you”) and the seller, Delicommerce S.L., Tax ID (CIF) B86490026 (hereinafter, “Delicommerce”).
These General Terms are the only applicable terms and replace any other general conditions, unless previously annulled expressly and in writing. Delicommerce may modify these terms from time to time, so it is advisable to read them on each visit to www.vinoteca.es (hereinafter, the “Portal”). Changes will apply from their online publication and will not have retroactive effect.
Each purchase is governed by the terms in force on the date of the order. By placing an order, you unreservedly accept our General Terms after having read them.
By accessing the Portal, you agree to comply with these General Terms and the associated Terms of Use.

2. Prices: All prices are stated in euros and include VAT. We reserve the right to modify them, but the prices in force at the time of the order will apply.
3. Availability: Orders are shipped according to stock availability. If a product is unavailable, we will inform you within a maximum of 15 days. We may send you an equivalent product or issue a refund. Note: the stated capacity of wine coolers is based on standard Bordeaux bottles.
4. Shipping method and payment options: Shipments to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. Delivery is handled by DHL, Envialia, Correos Express, Seur, etc., with an estimated delivery time of 24 to 48 business hours. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control or due to force majeure. If the parcel does not arrive, an investigation will be opened with the carrier (up to 14 business days).
Please check the condition of your order upon receipt. If you detect any damage, note it on the delivery slip. In case of an incident, contact pedidos@vinoteca.es the same day or, at most, one business day after delivery. Returns are only accepted in their original condition.
For security reasons, additional data may be required for card payments. For high-value orders, we may request an ID and proof of address. Please provide a valid email address and contact phone number.
Special delivery conditions: For deliveries to upper floors without an elevator or with difficult access, the customer must provide the necessary means or request an additional porter in advance (cost to be determined depending on difficulty). Installation is not included.
Payment methods: Card (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfer, PayPal, and installment payment with SeQura. The charge is made upon dispatch, provided it is authorized by the bank. Card payments are processed through Servired with encryption.
You authorize receiving the invoice in electronic format. You can request a paper invoice by contacting customer service.
5. Returns policy:
You may return any product within 30 days from receipt. Claims for transport damage must be made within 24 hours from delivery.

Withdrawal form: You can use the following template: Withdrawal form (only if you wish to withdraw from the contract).
We will collect the product to be returned (costs borne by the customer). It must be in its original packaging or an equivalent one. Incomplete or damaged products will not be accepted. The refund will be issued if everything is correct.
6. Warranties and after-sales service (SPV): All products have a 36-month warranty, in accordance with applicable legislation. In the event of a defect, the product will be repaired, replaced, or refunded free of charge. The defect must be reported within a maximum of 3 years from delivery.
The warranty does not cover: consumables, improper use, damage caused by third parties, breakdowns due to servicing by unauthorized parties, or damage caused by external factors (lightning, accidents, etc.).
7. Disputes and liability: These Terms are governed by Spanish law. In the event of a dispute, the user may apply to the courts of their domicile or to Confianza Online (www.confianzaonline.es).
8. Personal data protection: Your data is necessary to process orders and invoices. Delicommerce is the data controller of the file, registered with the AEPD. You may exercise your rights by emailing info@vinoteca.es or by postal mail. Your data will not be disclosed to third parties. You can unsubscribe from our promotional communications at any time.
9. Intellectual property: All content on www.vinoteca.es (texts, images, videos, trademarks) is the property of Delicommerce S.L. or its suppliers. Any reproduction without express authorization is prohibited.
