The La Sommelière VIP306 EDITION wine cooler recreates the conditions of a natural cellar to ensure optimal storage: electronic temperature control between 5 and 20 ºC, filtration and ventilation system with an active carbon filter, humidity regulated between 50 and 80 %, protection from light with Low-E glass and an anti-vibration system.

Its capacity reaches 306 Bordeaux-type 75 cl bottles using five standard shelves with the bottles placed head-to-tail. With the presentation accessories configuration it is supplied with, the capacity is 282 bottles.

Bilateral lighting to suit your taste

Its bilateral LED lighting system lets you choose between four intensity levels (100 %, 75 %, 50 % and 25 %) and three shades: warm white, cool white and amber. The light can be left on permanently to turn the wine cooler into a showcase for your collection.

The four presentation shelves sliding on rails, made of wood with natural wood fronts, display your most prized bottles in a vertical position. They are complemented by two wooden shelves with natural wood fronts.

Full control with the Vinotag® app

Thanks to its WiFi connection, the VIP306 EDITION can be controlled remotely and at any time from your smartphone via the Vinotag® app, which lets you adjust temperature and lighting wherever you are. Alarms warn of humidity and temperature variations, an open door or carbon filter replacement.

Security and precision cooling

The grey tempered double-glazed door with anti-UV treatment and Low-E glass has a lock and a bar handle. The child lock and temperature memory complete equipment designed to protect your collection.

Cooling is provided by an inverter compressor with ventilated cooling, which distributes air evenly throughout the interior. Its ST climate class allows it to be used at ambient temperatures from 16 to 38 ºC.

The maximum capacity of 306 bottles is calculated according to the EN62552 standard with 75 cl Bordeaux bottles and five standard shelves with the bottles head-to-tail. With the presentation accessories it is supplied with, the capacity is 282 bottles. Other bottle formats or more shelves reduce the capacity.
• What are the presentation shelves for? They display your most prized bottles in a vertical position inside the wine cooler. They slide on rails for convenient access.
• Can the colour of the interior light be changed? Yes. The bilateral LED lighting offers three shades (warm white, cool white and amber) and four intensity levels, and it can be left on permanently.
• What ambient temperature can it be installed in? Its ST climate class allows ambient temperatures from 16 to 38 ºC. Correct operation is not guaranteed outside that range.
• Can it be built into a cabinet? No. The La Sommelière VIP306 EDITION is designed for freestanding installation only and needs to be able to ventilate. It must never be built in.
