"He “comprado” una cava que no se disponía en stock , como se me daba la opción de que me avisen cuando hay stock opte por esperar, a los dos dias me mandan un mail donde me indican que hay stock. Hago la compra on line y recibo un mail donde me indican que la compra se ha realizado correctamente , al día siguiente me mandáis un mail donde me indicáis que recibiré la cava después de Semana Santa y al rato me enviáis la factura. Esto ha sido el dia 27 de marzo. Desde entonces no sé nada de mi pedido y nadie me ha indicado cuando lo voy a recibir, ni sé y han puesto en contacto conmigo , me he gastado 650€ en algo que no he recibido y no tengo noticias. Espero que alguien me dé una solución."
