Ageing and serving in a single wine cooler

The La Sommelière VIP185 wine cooler, from the Prestige range and made in Denmark, lets you both age your wines and bring them to serving temperature. Simply set the minimum temperature at the bottom and the maximum at the top: the difference is divided automatically to provide up to 6 temperature zones between 5 and 20 ºC.

If you prefer a single temperature throughout the cellar, just select the same value as minimum and maximum. With room for 195 Bordeaux-type 75 cl bottles, it is a large-format option for collectors and businesses.

Protection and security for the collection

The reversible tempered glass door features double glazing with anti-UV treatment and a lock, protecting the wine from light and ultraviolet rays. Its stainless steel finish and bar handle reinforce its professional look.

The cellar adds an extra level of security with door and temperature alarms, protection against extreme cold through the winter function, and temperature memory.

Solid oak shelves

The six solid oak shelves are ergonomic and designed for 75 cl Bordeaux bottles. They are removable, adapt to each collection and, as well as their traditional look, help absorb vibrations.

Ventilated cooling and LED lighting

Compressor cooling with an air moving system spreads the cold throughout the interior, while the anti-vibration system and activated carbon filter look after storage conditions. White LED lighting with an on/off switch highlights the bottles without harming the wine.
