Every wine at its temperature, in a single cabinet

The EuroCave La Première L multi-temperature wine cooler recreates the essential conditions of a natural cellar: stable temperature, suitable humidity, fresh air and protection from light and vibration. With 146 bottles and a height of 182.5 cm, it is the largest format in the range, designed for an established private collection or for a restaurant that keeps its wines with rigour. Like every EuroCave wine cooler, it is designed and made in France.

Graduated temperatures from 5 to 20 °C

The multi-temperature version creates up to 10 graduated temperature zones between 5 and 20 °C within the same cabinet. Sparkling, white, rosé and red wines can each be kept close to their ideal serving temperature, ready to open without waiting. The compressor with mixed-air circulation keeps this gradient stable so the wine is spared sudden changes.

Humidity, air and light under control

A clay-ball cassette helps maintain suitable humidity so corks keep their elasticity, and the activated carbon filter clears the air inside of odours that could reach the wine through the cork. The black-framed glass door has a UV treatment that protects the bottles from light, one of the most harmful factors for ageing. The electronic control displays the actual temperature and humidity inside.

Beech shelves and reduced vibration

Its 11 beech wood shelves (model AEPHU1) are multifunctional, sliding and highly resistant, with aluminium identification plates: they make it easy to store, pull out and present the bottles. The wood and the anti-vibration system limit vibration, which disturbs the wine's rest and its evolution in the bottle.

Control, lighting and security

The digital control panel, with a black display and touch keys, allows precise temperature setting. A visual alarm warns of any malfunction and defrosting is automatic. The soft white light, with 2 LEDs and ON/OFF switch, is positioned to highlight the bottles without affecting their properties. The integrated double-action lock and central locking keep the collection secure.

Freestanding installation

La Première is a freestanding wine cooler with 2 adjustable feet for levelling. Its black cabinet, with an HPL (high-pressure laminate) exterior, aluminium interior and 59 mm injected polyurethane foam insulation, supports thermal stability and fits discreetly into a living room, dining room, tasting room or restaurant.
