The EuroCave Pure M Glass multi-temperature wine cooler stores 141 bottles in the conditions of a natural cellar: stable temperature, clean air, no vibration and protection from light. Its mid-size format, 148 cm high, combines ample capacity with a cabinet that fits in a living room, dining room or wine bar. It is designed and made in France.

Graduated temperatures for serving

The multi-temperature version offers up to 8 graduated temperature zones between 5 and 20 °C in the same cabinet. As standard, the lower section is set to 8 °C and the upper section to 18 °C; EuroCave recommends keeping a 10 °C difference between them for optimal performance. Rosé, white and red wines can thus be kept close to their ideal serving temperature. The static-cooling compressor preserves the stability of each zone.

Glass door with UV protection

The glass door with black aluminium frame keeps the collection on view, and its UV treatment protects the bottles from light, one of the most harmful factors for ageing wine. It features central locking and an integrated double-action lock.

Clean air, humidity and rest

The activated carbon filter keeps the air inside clean and prevents odours from reaching the wine through the cork. A clay-ball cassette helps maintain suitable humidity for the corks. The 10 sliding beech wood shelves (model ACMS), highly resistant and repositionable, work with the anti-vibration system so the bottles rest undisturbed and can be pulled out smoothly.

Control and security

The touch control panel, with an amber display, allows precise temperature setting, and the electronic control shows the actual temperature and humidity. A visual alarm warns if the door is left open or a sensor fails, and defrosting is automatic. The amber interior light, with 2 LEDs and ON/OFF switch, highlights the bottles without affecting their properties.

Freestanding installation

Pure is a freestanding wine cooler with 2 adjustable front feet. Its cabinet, with an aluminium interior, HPL exterior and 59 mm injected polyurethane foam insulation, supports thermal stability and runs at 37 dB(A).
