110 bottles in a kitchen column

The EuroCave Compact L Panelable multi-temperature wine cooler brings the essential conditions of a natural cellar into the kitchen. The Compact collection is built to the dimensions recommended by kitchen designers, with ventilation that allows it to be integrated without compromising performance. With 110 bottles and a height of 177.8 - 179.4 cm, it is the large-capacity version, designed to be built into a kitchen column or installed freestanding. It is made in France.

Every wine at its serving temperature

The multi-temperature version maintains graduated temperatures from 5 to 22 °C across up to 10 zones: 5 to 12 °C in the lower section and 15 to 22 °C in the upper section. Red, rosé and white wines are kept in the same cabinet, each close to its ideal serving temperature. The static-cooling compressor preserves the gradient without draughts.

Humidity, air and rest

The embossed aluminium interior walls support suitable humidity so corks do not dry out, complemented by a clay-ball cassette. Constant ventilation and the activated carbon filter refresh the air and keep kitchen odours away from the wine. The anti-vibration system protects the bottles' rest.

Panel-ready door

The panel-ready door takes the same front as the rest of the furniture, so the wine cooler disappears into the kitchen for a discreet, minimalist result. It features central locking and an integrated double-action lock.

Mains du Sommelier shelves and control

Its 13 sliding “Mains du Sommelier” shelves hold each bottle securely and present it elegantly. The display shows the actual temperature and humidity, and 5 visual alarms warn of a faulty sensor, a temperature out of range, an open door, the need to replace the carbon filter or an unsuitable humidity level. The amber interior light has 3 modes: permanent, door-open only or off.
