Vinothek Series Wine Aging Cabinets

Wine aging cabinets provide wine cellar-like conditions. They are therefore the ideal solution for wine aging and for the long-term preservation of a large number of bottles, always at their optimal tasting temperature. The temperature can be adjusted between +5°C and +20°C and is maintained constant and uniform throughout the entire interior.

  • PowerCooling System: Thanks to the powerful PowerCooling system, the bottle temperature is maintained quickly and evenly throughout the wine cellar. When the door is opened, a contact sensor turns off the fan, resulting in energy savings.
  • Open door alarm: For the safe protection of wines, the "open door acoustic alarm" warns sixty seconds after the door has been opened.
  • Child safety function: This function locks the control panel to prevent unintentional disconnection or unauthorized changes to the electronic control functions. When the child safety function is activated, an icon appears on the MagicEye display.
  • Reversible door: Liebherr wine cellars are manufactured with the door opening on the right, but they can be changed to perfectly suit the chosen location.
  • Adjustable temperature range: The ideal temperature for maturing both red and white wines is +10°C to +12°C. Regardless of the outside temperature, high-precision electronic control combined with state-of-the-art climate technology ensures a constant interior temperature.
  • Activated Carbon Filter: Odors can significantly affect the quality of wine during storage. Liebherr wine cellars feature a replaceable activated carbon filter to ensure air renewal and perfect air quality.
  • Ideal humidity control: Proper humidity is essential for wine preservation and cork flexibility. Maintaining it between 50% and 80% ensures optimal conditions. This can be regulated using a ventilation button.
  • Anti-vibration compressor: Even the slightest vibrations can impair wine maturation and prevent tannin from settling. Liebherr wine cellars feature specially designed compressors that ensure perfect wine preservation.
  • Integrated heating: An integrated heating system allows temperatures to be reached that are higher than room temperature. This is very important, for example, for conditioning red wine (at approximately 18°C) when the outside temperature is lower.
  • UV-protected glass door: Wine bottles are never transparent, as UV rays are detrimental to wine maturation. However, the bottle alone is not sufficient protection, so to minimize UV ​​radiation, Liebherr wine cellars are equipped with tinted glass that is specifically insulated against UV radiation.
  • Wooden shelves: Wooden shelves are ideal for safely storing wine bottles. By placing the bottles opposite each other on the height-adjustable wooden shelves, you can maximize the interior capacity.
  • Label information system: The labeling system provides a quick and clear overview of your wine supply. Labels are easily attached to the clip, which can be inserted into the rack.
