Delivery time

We want you to receive your order as soon as possible. Shipments usually arrive within 24 to 48 hours on working days from the moment you place your order, provided payment is confirmed before 1:30 p.m. On each product page, we indicate the exact delivery time for that specific model, so there are no surprises.

During the purchase process, just before checkout, you can give us shipping instructions and let us know how and when you would prefer to receive your order.

Delivery address

Once we receive your order, we carefully prepare it and ship it to the address you provide.

If the delivery is to an upper floor without a lift, or with a small lift without sufficient capacity, or if there are stairs, we ask you to help us organise the delivery. You can arrange to take it upstairs yourself or let us know in advance so that we can send an additional delivery assistant. The cost of this service will be calculated on a case-by-case basis, and we will inform you beforehand so everything is clear.

Removal of old wine coolers

If you would like us to remove your old wine cooler of equal or smaller size, we will do it free of charge, but you must let us know in the shipping instructions.

Shipping costs to mainland Spain

  • FREE SHIPPING on any wine cooler! Because we want you to enjoy your purchase without worrying about extras.

Shipping costs to the Balearic Islands

  • Small wine coolers/orders up to 20 kg: €20
  • Medium wine coolers/orders from 20 to 60 kg: €45
  • Large wine coolers/orders over 60 kg: €65

From vinoteca.es, we only ship within Spain.

At the moment, we do not deliver to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla. We hope to be able to do so soon!

Procedure

To ensure everything arrives quickly and in perfect condition, we work with leading transport companies such as Correos Express, DHL, Ontime, XPO, Ramoneda and Seur. Your order is in good hands!

We recommend that you check your order within the first 24 hours after delivery to make sure everything is in good condition, with no damage or scratches caused during transport. If something is not right, please let us know as soon as possible. We will send you detailed instructions by email when you place your order.

Returns

How many days do I have to notify you?

At Vinoteca.es, you have 30 days from the date your order arrives to let us know if you would like to return it. No rush, but don’t leave it too long either!

Made-to-order products

Some products, such as certain EuroCave wine coolers or other models manufactured expressly to order, may be excluded from the right of return or withdrawal once the purchase has been confirmed and the manufacturing order has been initiated. In these cases, this information will be indicated on the product page and the specific conditions set out in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale will apply.

What do I need to do?

If you decide to return something, you can let us know in the way that suits you best: by email or by phone. We want to make it easy for you.

Here are the steps so everything goes smoothly:

  1. The best way is to send an email to info@vinoteca.es to tell us that you would like to return something. Please include your order number and the product you wish to return, so we can process your request quickly.
  2. Our Customer Service team will reply with instructions regarding the procedure, collection and return.
  3. We will arrange collection of the product from the address where it was delivered. The return costs are borne by you, unless we made a mistake with the shipment or the product has a defect, always in accordance with our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
  4. Once we receive it, we will check that everything is in order. If so, we will refund the money to your card or bank account within a maximum of 14 days. We will refund the amount you paid, minus the return costs, so everything is clear.

How should I prepare the order?

Pack the product carefully so that it is not damaged during the return journey. We only accept returns if the product is in perfect condition, unused beyond what is necessary to check it, and with its labels, original packaging and accessories intact. If it is not returned in its original box or is damaged, we may have to deduct an amount from the refund due to depreciation, but we are sure you will have everything under control.
