Promotion period
The promotion is valid for orders placed from October 27, 2025 to November 30, 2025, on selected products included in the “Black Friday” category.
How the Best Price Guarantee works
- If during November 28, 29 or 30, 2025 the same product is listed at a lower price on Vinoteca.es or any other Spanish online store, we will refund you the difference.
- Alternatively, if the product includes a promotional gift during those dates, you may request to receive that same gift instead of a monetary refund.
- The refund or the shipment of the gift will be processed after verifying the information provided by the customer.
How to request the refund or gift
- Your request must be submitted before December 15, 2025.
- Send an email to info@vinoteca.es including your order number and a link or screenshot showing the price or promotion valid during November 28–30.
- Our team will review the information and confirm the outcome within a maximum of 7 business days.
General conditions
- The promotion is valid only for selected products included in the “Black Friday” category.
- It cannot be combined with other discounts, coupons, or ongoing promotions.
- The price difference will be calculated based on the total product amount, excluding shipping costs or additional services.
- The online store used for comparison must be registered in Spain and offer the product under the same conditions (new, including VAT, and immediately available).
