Technology at the service of wine care

Thanks to zzysh® technology, a modified atmosphere with a high degree of purity and composed of a noble gas, argon, replaces the air inside the bottle. Argon gas, heavier than air, maintains a protective film over the wine. The bottle must be stored vertically. The wine remains intact for several weeks. One zzysh® Vino cartridge is good for 6-8 uses. There is no overpressure reaction when the cork is removed.

How to use Zzysh

1. Close the open bottle. With the zzysh® cap, close the open bottle until the next time you open it. Forget about traditional caps and putting a spoon in the bottle, this Swiss innovation is the solution. You should hear a "click" when you squeeze the two parts of the cap together.
2. Insert the trigger into the cap and press for 4 seconds. The modified atmosphere expands inside the bottle. After the "zzysh" sound, your bottle is now air-free and perfectly preserved!
3. Enjoy your champagne. The champagne is optimally protected and preserves its fizz, aromas, flavor, and color. You can savor it glass after glass.
