OPTIMAL STORAGE ENVIRONMENT
For the wine to display all its bouquet and flavour, both the storage conditions and the temperature when serving it must be correct. Dometic wine cellars provide the optimal environment to enjoy all the flavors and character of wine. The temperature is precisely controlled thanks to electronic regulation and a constant humidity between 50-70% is maintained, which guarantees that the corks do not dry out or get mouldy. A fan circulates the air inside the wine cellar, while the built-in carbon filter removes any odours. The "low emission" treatment of the triple-glazed doors of Dometic wine cellars blocks ultraviolet rays that can damage and alter the character of the wine.
