Shipping times.

Delivery date depends on the shipping address, but usually it takes between 24 and 48 hours(working days) since the moment you pay, as long as you make your order before 13:00 hours. The estimated delivery time for each model is indicated on each product page.

You also can indicate in the buying process when do you want to receive your purchase.

Shipping address

Once we receive your order, we will prepare and send it to the address you gave us.

In case of apartments in buildings with no elevator, the client have to provide with alternative means to accomplish the delivery.

We deliver to Mainland Spain only. We are sorry but we don’t deliver to Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.

 Shipping rates

Shipping cost will depend on the total amount of your purchase.

  • Small and medium wine coolers: shipping cost 0 €.
  • Big wine coolers: shipping cost 0 €.

Shipping rates for Baleares.

  • Small wine coolers: shipping cost 15 €.
  • Medium wine coolers: shipping cost 35 €.
  • Large wine coolers: shipping cost 60 €.

 

Shipping procedure

To guarantee a safe and fast delivery, we have chosen leader companies like Tipsa and ASM.

The customer should check that the product arrived in perfect conditions and suffered no damages during transportation. We don’t accept claims based on transportation damages after 24 hours from delivery.

How many days do I have to return a product?
You have 7 working days since you receive the product to start the returning process. In case of manufacturing defects, you have 3 years warranty since the product is delivered.

What do I have to do?
To return a product you have to:

1.- Send us an email to  [email protected] or call +34 917 37 91 25 Mondays to Fridays from 10:00 am to 19:00 hours communicating the return. You have to indicate the order number and product reference of the item you want to return.

2.-Our Customer Service will contact you and help you to follow the returning process.

3.- You will have to send us the product to the address we will provide you when you start the returning process.
Returning shipping cost are at your own expenses, (except for www.vinoteca.es errors in shipping or manufacturing defects, and always under “Condition of Sales”).

4.- Once we receive the product, we will check it and if everything is ok, we will refund the cost to the same credit card or bank account you used to pay within a maximum period of 30 days. Only the product cost will be refund, not the shipping cost.

How do I prepare the package?
The product must be properly packaged to protect it from possible damages during transportation. We only accept returns of products in perfect conditions, unused, with the original labels, package, manual and original accessories (if existing) also in perfect conditions.
